Installaion of tikona company wifirouter and antenna at building terrace

I am from mumbai. our soceity committee has given permission o Tikona Internet service provider company to stall WIFI router and antenna at building terrace. we total 8 members are opposing the same due to radiation level and may cause health issue. what we can do for removal of the same. in one of the meeting called by the secretary on 20th oct 2016 we opposed he same. bu on 17th jan 2017 company person installed the wifi router and antenna in building terrace. we asked for the authenticated permission obtained from the society from the tikona company, till date they failed to provide the same.does the rule applicable to mobile tower installtion applicable here or not? kindly suggest complaint process and competent authority to deal the complaint.

Approaching the Court for removal of it would be the Only Remedy.Consult an Advocate and go for Court Proceedings Jointly.

Thank you very much sir. Would request your suggestion to file complaint with Bmc police and registrar as society management committee violated the bylaws no 169 by permitting the company to install the Antenna and wifi router.
