i am 25yr, hindu wants to marriage with a 26yr muslim. can we marry in arya samaj?

You can marry in Arya Samaj temple only if the Muslim woman agree to first convert to Hindu religion by Shudhikaran procedure followed by Arya or Vedic marriage ceremonies. Get that marriage registered under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955.
Otherwise you can marry her in the Civil form of marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954.
