Dear sir,
Mediation has failed I am waiting for hearing date, can my complaint be quashed if it's a completely made out case as in complaint she has mentioned I have beaten her on first night ie suhagraat bruetly and after six months when she left matrimonial home in Delhi I.have beaten her to death because of which she started bleeding from her private parts at 12 noon and her father took her to UP at her home and got her medically checked at 9 pm in night, furnishing medical report made by her relative in UP that she was assaulted and in medical report doctor States refer case to police and complaint States that police has refused to file fir and referred them to caw cell Where I have 6 hospitals near my house which includes AIIMS aswell within 1 km of range
And please help me with good lawyer for Allahabad

Contact a local lawyer for proper guidance, advise and proceeding further.
If no FIR has been registered what do you want to get quashed from High Court?
CAW cell is a part of local police who will try to negotiate for a reconciliation, counselling and compromise. If succeed it is final otherwise FIR against the husband and in-laws (named therein the complaint) shall be registered by local police station.

Flaity of allegation is not a ground for qushing nor proff of its falsity.It is the impossibility or absurdity which does nit disclose any commission of offence which determines the quashing case which is absent in your case.

From the given facts quashing would be allowed is doubtful, defend the case on merits.

Search lawyer by visiting the court compound or from LCI database.

Thanks All Seniors,but things will not go fine if I contest the case on merits, In laws are over confident with all fake documents, false case it is and top of it UP(ulta pradesh),
anyways thanks all, its just that this is the only place where I get positive response and still think,,.all will go fine

Dear Author, please do not lose hopes, your case has not even started, allow the case to come for trial, engage a prudent and expert lawyer to handle your case who will find ways to break the ice, let your in laws produce any kind of documents whether fake or genuine, one has to stand the time of testing, bear it in mind and go ahead.
