If name of person for example is Ravi Kumar Yadav on driving license, PAN Card etc. and writes his name as Ravi Kumar or R. Kumar in his RTI application and/or Writ/PIL Petition to safeguard his caste identity to avoid bias and prejudice. Is he committing any offense?

If you do not like to write your cast.no body can compell you to write your cast after the name .It is your sweet will write or not.There is no offence.
