Is registered document not eligible for obtaining katha

Respected Mam/Sir

We have registered document in our name but Municipal people are hesitating to make Katha in our name. Is Registered Document not eligible for obtaining Katha?? If not on what basis??? how to fight for Katha then??? we have applied in Sakal, RTI Act still they are rejecting it .How to proceed further???

The documents are sufficient.
If they refuse to mittae the name, the file writ petition in high court.

What was the reason given for refusal to issue the Katha? What is the kind of title document you possess on whose basis you have applied for Katha? If it is a proper registered sale deed and the vendor had title to sell the property, the authorities cannot deny the issuance of Katha, you may approach the Commissioner directly with an application seeking his intervention.

Sir ours is temple and is run by family trust and many of our properties are attached to trust but the local MLA refusing to issue khata in the name of private property.He is asking to add general public to the trust and then he will guide CEO of municipal to provide khata.

Sir though we have got high court orders permanent injunction s for the same but MLA without verifying our documents is against legal orders.
