Issue with lawyer

(Querist) 01 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
I had given some document to my lawyer to submit in court to support my case.

And after some time order came, in order it was specified that the following documents not have been submitted.

I asked to my lawyer about those document and she said that I submitted the documents but Judge ignored and also says for Appeal in High court with mentioning that the Jodge ignored my documents which I had sumbitted.

Now question is will it be possible if I submit in High court that Session Judge ignored the documents?

Judges do not ignore the documents. The documents would either be not trustworthy or inadmissible in law. First find out the real reason behind your documents trustworthiness and its legality. Then you may take up that matter in appeal.

if your lawyer had submitted documents during trial the roznama would reflect the same .

if said documents were inadmissible in evidence court would have passed order to that effect
