R/sir,With respect i want 2 know that..
Can Zerox Copyer businessman cover u/s 44AF.In addition income received after deducted TDS U/s 203 as work contactor(zerox) and some income from retail counter from zerox.

For the assessment year 2010-11 you cannot claim under 44AF for the business you are running.

G M.thank u sir..my prob is for ass yr 2009-10..I think is sec. is not applicable from ass yr 2011-12.

Even for A Y 2009-10, you cannot claim benefit under 44AF.

FOR THE ASSESSMENT YEAR 2011-12 YOU CAN OPT FOR SECTION 44AD AND DISCLOSE PROFIT @8% ON YOUR TOTAL TURNOVER.
