Why you want judgments why not law. Courts are not run by judgements but by law.

sir, i need judgement in which on the basis of breach of transparency examination or interview procees quashed by the hon, court or directed to conduct fresh selection process. if any law in this regard plz mention.
kindly help on the abovesaid problem.
