"Co operative matters" is a vague term. Please clarify what is the actual dispute and also the state in which the cause has arisen

In co-operative matters, the orders if passed by the appeallate board can be challenged before the Principal Judge , Civil courts, if the orders are passed by the concerned authority of the co-operative society then it sholud be challenged before the apporiate appellate board; for judgements, pls verify the co-operative Societies Act, they have given number of judgemets related to different issues, provide more details such as jurisdictions, provisions under which orders passed, if it is related to Tamilnadu Co-operative Act, the details may be extended from my end

I dont know why the details I requested are not furnished. Any answer on this question may not be accurate without furnishing details. Because in some cases the civil court may have jurisdiction and in some only the cooperative court or Registrar cooperative societies or the cooperative tribunal may have jurisdiction.

if the dispute between the members of the society and society civil courts have no jurisdiction

In my view Mr palnikar is absolutly correct.
