Hello sir,
I am Veda Prakash, I want to put case on Kalki Bhagavan who is cheating in India and allover world people by claiming he is Kalki. I did research on Kalki and kept evidence in chapter 3 in http://www.swastik.org or also you can click on link http://www.swastik.org/falsekalki.htm .. can any one give advice what to do..

given the answer in forum that if you have all evidences against him than file a cheating case before the concerning court where the cheating made out or continue!

Have visited your website.The real problem is this that to present system evidence put forth by you from ancient documents would be treated only matter of faith and unless we have a legislation that no man could claim him 'self styled GOd or HIS man' there would always be people coming to claim they are 'GOD or HIS mAn'

Anyone can say I am GOD..
GITA teaches you: you are part of God/ universe.You are God.You r one of 33cr devta.
You cannot make out any case only on the basis that he /she says God..
cheating must be with intention to grab; pre-planned, and if someone offer God/ or stone/ idol in temple, willingly and voluntarily on faith that Saibaba/ kalka/ are God and will bring happiness to his Life; it amount to FAITH.
AND CONSTITUTION ALLOWED SUCH BELIEF!!!!

As LAW always failed to control such self made GOD.

My advice is that you should also stop cheating by referring the website to compel the experts to visit the site. Instead, you could better have come forward with details of the cheating instances and who is the fellow you treat as cheater.
I could not find anything of your having kept evidence in chapter 3 of the website, as you claim. Rather, I did not find any link where someone can give his views on the website. Contrarily, what I found is that the website, itself contains the contents that preach against the so called Kalki Bhagwan.
If your intentions are to make people visit the website to popularise that and make the visitors donate $2 or the maintenance charges for the site, as the following text appears on the site, that is not good on your part to popularise the site in such a manner. The extract from the site, as is registered at some Queensland addres of USA, is given below for reference by one and all

Regarding $2 dollars that is for maintaining website that is not big issue...
1) In Kalki Purana clearly says Kalki will two wife's one is Padma and Lakshmi but False Kalki hasn't have two wife's..
2) Padma will have two sons Joy and vijay but False Kalki has only one son Krishna
there are many evidence in Kalki Purna that can prove that he is false Kalki

How and for what courts should take for granted that whatever is written in Kaliki Purana is conclusively true.
