Sir,
In the land tribunal case dy commnr passed a illegal order without considering our objection and beyond his powers passed the order.
We approached him asked regarding same he told you can not take any action against me i know i passed illegal order. Only u can appeal the order and quash in higher court. Whether totally illgal against law order passed in revenue court can the officer judge accountable or not.

Appeal/ revision lies against the decision of the Deputy Commissioner. A civil action should also be filed. If filing a suit, provisions of Section 30 of the Limitation Act may apply and could be much shorter. Please verify.
