Sir mere husband two brother h jisme bade bhai ne loan par ghar liya h apne name se jiski nomination unki wife h .father in expire ho chuke h .ghar ki loan stollment mere husband bhai k sath milkar dete h . fifteen years tak stollment jani h.jinke name ghar h unke do bete h . to Kya mere husband ka koi right future me mil sakega ya mere bache ko. Kya Unka name property me add ho sakta h Kyo ki wo loan ka excuse dete h name dalwane wali bat par . Please meri help kijiye .Kyo ki mere husband tennis sekhate h jada ache salary bhi nhi h 30 year k h Agar ab bhi huamara future save nhi h . Please give me right direction.

Kya asa koi process jo mere husband k future ko save kare Kyo ki jitna mujhe pta h wo ye k father ki property par right hota h bhai se kese lenge. Wo Kahte h jab tak jab tak loan Pura nhi pay hota tab tak name nhi dal sakta kya asa h 15 year tak me Tention me rahunge k kahe abhi stollment dene k baad children k young hone par Hume kuch denge bhi ya nhi .

It is true that Bank would not agree to add name when loan is outstanding.
Your husband has no share in the property at present or in future as it is in the name of his brother.
Your husband would have no right if his brother refuse to give him any share.
He may enter into an agreement
that after payment of loan, he would be entitled to __ % share in the property or he may have second mortgage on the property for the amount paid by him to recover the amount. Bank may permit such mortgage, if its lien is first.
