No, vakil key hotey huway thum cross nahi karsaktey. Agar thum cross karna chaho to vaki ko hata kar party in person case lado.

yes, a accused has full right to cross examine the witness as evidence of witness relates with the role of accused in the crime and guild of accused is depends on his evidence. but it is always better to get crass examination through a counsel as he is fully acquainted with the procedure and rules of evidence.

Please file your affidavit along with your list of documents and witnesses in the trial court if any and get the complainant cross examined through your advocate in your own interest.

Agar prashn sirf adhikar ka hai to, Accused ko wakil ke hote huye bhi cross examine karne ka pura adhikar hai. Lakin salah hai ki ap jo sawal poochna chate hain wo apne wakil sahab se jaroor share kar lain otherwise it may be harmful to you or may be irrelevant in the eyes of court.
