MR. XYZ IS OUR LABOUR CONTRACTOR IN OUR ESTABLISHMENT..& HIS NAME ALSO IN HIS OWN SALARY SHEET

Nothing prevent a labor contractor to work as a labor also. In such situation his name can be in the labor salary sheet.
