What the minimum salary of any labour according to Labour court.What the condition
for sue the case in labour court.

The minimum wages is fixed by the States for particular sect of labour based on the Central guidelines. Labour Court do not fix wages. Please refer your state govt's website for Minimum Wages. In case of lesser payment of wages being made, you can complaint to the appropriate authority for suitable action.

it is the enacting agency for the minimum wages fixed by the state govt.
