If a person's land was acquired once, can the government acquired his another land?
Please refer any authority under which the land acquisition has been quashed due to the above said point.

The Government has every authority to acquire any land (even from the same person from whom land had been acquired any land earlier) by following due procedure, so long as the said land is required for public purpose.

The govt can acquire land from the same person for the second time. The land owner is having right to request for enhance the price. He can not challenge the acquisition.

If that be the position and if he becomes landless,he can ask govt.to give him another land.

Govt. has every right to acquire land for plan development and other requirements also, however, if a person has greivences against govt., he can challenge it before court. There is a catenea of judgements by which in proper cases acqisistion has been quashed.
