I have purchased a plot in 2014 .registry was done as land type residential. But later I have found on bhulech site the land of which the plot was part, converted to residential after one year in 2015. If now land got acquired by airport authority ... I have below questions... 1- As the land converted to residential after 1 year of registry. It will cause any issue in land acquisition rate..is it based on agricultural or residential. 2- what is the process of land acquisition in Uttar Pradesh....each plot holder got any notification for this or only common public notices issued in news paper only..

1. The rate is determine at the time of date of acquisition. Subsequent conversion will not help.
2. Yes, you will be notified. If you are not satisfied with the price you can file appeal in LA Collector.

Compensation is decided on the present price. Notice is also issued to individual owner.

Till now I do not get any notification of land acquisition. And at the present date land is already converted to residential...but conversion happened after the registry..date. .if in future if land is acquired then rate will be based on residential type or not ? Thanks for your quick reply...

When did you (or your vendor) got notification u/s 3, 4 & 6 of Land Acquisition Act?
Or it is yet to be notified for acquisition?
Discuss the issue with a local lawyer for proper advise.
