Land conversion from Agricultural to Commercial or Resident

Hai everybody !

I need a clarification on what is the procedure to convert a 30 cents of agricultural land to the same extent of commercial land?

You have asked the procedure for change of agricultural land into non-agricultural land. In this regard each State has its own rules for Change of Land Use. It will be appropriate to contact the Revenue authorities of your area for complete procedure.

Mr. Vishal is right that revenue officials be contacted....in fact every state has its own Change of Land Use policy...the conversion and charges will be according to that policy.

Conversion of agrl., land into commericial land power is with the Assistant Commissioner. You have to file an application for that.

Every State has its own rules for conversion of land. You can get appropriate details from local Revenue authorities of your area.
