your signature is necessary for sale deed . without that property cannot be sold . better share sale proceeds with your other family members

Fixed deposit money can not be taken away by forged signature. The payments will be given by account payee cheque.
Sale deed will be registered, photos will be taken, fingure prints will be obtained, so dont afraid of cheating.
At the same time, i would like to advise, normaly, a father will purchase a property in a minor name, assuming that the minor will support the family, in the later stage.
Forget about the property in your name, try to help your mother and sister & brother, from the sale proceedings of this property. Every body will appreciate your gesture.

We here are just for legal advice without caring for the moral ethics meant for the smooth and lovely family relations.
In the given facts, you need not worry as the property cannot be sold without your consent. You can obtain the certified/attested copy of property from the office of registrar.
You can even obtain stay order against the fradulant effort of your family members to sale that property.

If you feel cheated, you may write to Banker for unauthorized payment on your forged signatures. Your relatives would be in trouble as Bank may lodge FIR.
You can obtain certified copy of the title papers of the property, and sell the property after it.

I agree with the views of learned expert Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad on the subject issue. Legally, without your consent or knowledge they (your mother or any one)cannot take away the property from you, however you may follow the advises as suggested for further action in this regard.
