Hi,
I have a 3000Sq.ft. land plot property at Tahseel place on my mother account and we two brother are nominee for the above property.
Which document are required for the sale it and any procedure from municipal or any document from municipal. NA certificate, 9/12 from Talathi any more.
Please suggest me.

Is your mother alive? Then she only can sell it.
Otherwise you would require succession certificate.

If your mother is expired then there is no need for seeking succession certificate because succession in revenue record is entered on the basis of death certificate of the deceased owner of agricultural land supported with your affidavit to the effect that there is no other legal heir of deceased except both of you. Nambardar and Patwari shall submit their report/verification and on the basis of that report mutation shall be entered in your names.
You in that case require only copy of mutation, 7/12 extract copy and Encumbrance certificate from the office of Talathi only for the sale of that property.
