Land purchased by me -institution claiming the ownership of land by a sumoto order-reg

(Querist) 01 October 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I purchased a property with a choultry and a vacant land in and around the building. The owner`s grand father has purchased the said land in the year 1888 vide Doc No:521 and constructed a building using as free choultry. i purchased the said property from the legal heirs in the year 2003 vide Doc No1129 and 1304 of 2006.There was a tenant in the said building and on compromise i got vacated him in Lokadalath. I demolished the the said very old building( A notice has also been issued by Municipal authority to demolish the said building as it was in a collapsing stage)
After demolition Devastham suddenly came in to picture claiming that the said property belongs to them.By a Sumoto enquiry by revenue Dept. made an entry noting Devasthanams name in the year1883. Till this case the said Devasthanam did not make any claim or file any suite for recovery of the property.Tried to take possession but CrPC Sec145 was imposed by the Mandal Executive Magistrate and Mandal Revenue Officer, Tirupati on 13-8-2006 stating that Both the parties should not enter in to the said vacant site.
Plz advise on this matter. Now the case has come for trail.
Now i am prepared to give an undertaking to the court that i shall handover the property once declares title to the petitioner till than i may be permitted to use / enjoy the property.
Any judgments in such case.

Judgements are needed to support legal submissions/issues involved in the matter.Better engage an Advocate to represent u in the case. He will be able to find out the requisite judgements to support the legal issues etc.

Hi sudhakar
way back in 2006, there were attempts by Devasthanams claiming many lands. However many are still in trial stage with counter claims. In your case, strong points are
a) you were able to register in 2006 in your name(it was not in prohibition register maintained by SRO balaji district for Devasthanam lands).
b) Municipal authorities issuing demolition notice to you and
c) Compromise through lok adalath.
