Dear Mr. Tiadi,

proposed central govt. new draft is not proper and sufficient.at present there is really "JULUM '' ON land owners and aadivasi.

Government of India, under the chairmanship of Mr.Kalyan Singh,Member of Parliament, had constituted a committee to look after and amend or alter the draft relating to Land Acquisition Bill, and in this connection, suggestions were invited from public, intellectuals, economists, experts,
lawyers etc. in Times of India, and I had downloaded the proposed draft bill, went through it, and submitted my suggestions, and send it by annually and through email also during the year 2008(I think as I recall )addressing to the Dy.Director of Loka Sabha,Mrs. Luthra,as per the advertisement in Times of India, and I do not know further.
However,it will take time, because details of acts, rules, sections should be went through bit by bit before for alter nation and modification. It is a time taking factor. In addition to this, the reformed act,if drafted as bill and place it for discussion, there may be various disturbances in the parliament for the vested interested groups.
