landline bill

I have not paid the my landline & broadband bill rs 2406. Company file the case against me plz help me what i do it

Pay the bill and get relief. The company is normally concerned with the recovery of its dues and not to punish its subscribers. The case is likely to be withdrawn when payment is received by the company. Even if you get summon in the case you can show the receipt of the paid bill upon which the case would be treated as compounded.

If there is any dispute on the bill raised by the company u should have protested in writing.This can be a defence to be proffered in the suit filed by the company. If the default is on account of ur negligence better pay up the bill with late fee so that the case filed can be withdrawn by the company, as mentioned above by the experts.
