What is your purpose to know such difference? Is it required in any litigation?
Neema (Expert) 11 December 2012
Lawyers are qualified persons in the subject 'law'. Whereas an advocate is one who practices 'law' in courts. So all advocates will be lawyers. but all lawyers need not be necessarily be advocates
