dear expert

is it nessary to registered leave and license agrement and if yes then if we regiaterd the same through notary then it will be ok or what my proety is situated at pune so can i registered the same propety leave and license at mumbai or not
my deposit amount is rs 500000 and the rent is rs 35000

to safeguard it is better to register before sub registrar office only

registration of leave and license is mandatory in mahrashtra . notraised leave and license wont do . registration helps you in safeguarding your interests idf licensee fails to vacate the premises on expiry of leave and license agreement

Madam,
REgistration of Lease Deed or Licence is compulsory and it is duly stamped as per Indian Stap Act. Pl approach a Sub-Registrar office all forther enquries with regard to How much amount Stamp duty you have to pay?
the procedure for Registration Etc.
