LEGAL FORMALITIES FOR A BPO

i am going to setup a small bpo of 10 seater only.
I reqd. all the necessary details regarding legal formalities like procedure, registration, documents reqd., etc. to star-up a bpo.
And if i grow my bpo business in future (from 10 seater to more) then what legal formalities will reqd.
If anyone is having knowledge about this please provide me the reqd. details.

You have not furnished the details u have read about the start up procedures. I do not think any further formalities are involved if ur business grows and u have to increase the number of seats. BPO is like any other commercial venture and needs to be registered under the local Shops & Establishments Act and observe the rules and regulations framed under the Act. Of course u will also be bound by the labour laws such as minimum wages Act, Employees Provident Fund Act, Payment of Gratuity Act etc.
