hi,
My mother had a unmarried sister who exppired last year.now my uncle and my mother are legal heir as she holds the property adn we need to claim.
we have applied for legal heir but they are asking for ration cad which we do not have .please advise.

file an affidavit with the suport of your application .
ration card is not a conclusive proove for made legal heir .
those who don't have ration card is also entitle for legal heir.
if they are not issuing the certificate then complaint to d.m.
and ask about your application's status undre r.t.i.after this send a legal notice
and then file consumer case against the authorty.

Dear Maya Gandikota,
If you dont have ration card, please get the geanological tree of family from compitent authority otherwise execute notarised affidavit which is including the all the members line. I think these documents are enough.

I agree with the views of Mr. Desai.
My view is that a consumer case cannot be filed as suggested for non-issuance of the legal heir certificate, since it is a statutory duty of the official concerned and the dispute cannot be considered as consumer dispute.

Hi,
I need a public copy of registered will .I had applied through the document writer .but not yet received.Please advise.
Document writer want us to go for compramise and hence keeping the will on hold.hence we are unable to file the case on my uncle

Dear Maya Gandikota,
If you applied for the certified copy of that registered will in the Sub-Registrar office and they should be provide that document with in one week to you otherwise make a complaint before the sub-registrar office against who is not yet given the certified copy to you.
