THANKS A LOT AGAIN..JUST ONE MORE THING I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IS THAT "IS THERE A TIME FRAME WITHIN WHICH A NOTICE SHOULD BE REPLIED FOR ?"...

No. There cannot be any time-frame for replying a notice. However, a notice must be replied at the earliest within the time period provided for compliance of the notice by the relevant statute.
