But not having legal owner ststus this will also delay the legal owner ship of myself till the judgement is decicided by consumer forum.By sending notice after deed of apartment what ever would be the results at least i would be the legal owner of my property.Considering the time involved.Is this right.The builder is also alloting/selling the open space behind the gr floor flat along with it pls suggest.
