LEGAL NOTICE BEFORE OR AFTER DEED OF APARTMENT.
Our is an apartment with 9 flats out of which one is on the gr floor.association and deed of apartment is yet to be made.Should I send notice now or after deed of apartment we are having an issue of less carpet area with the builder.Only aggreement to sale has been made and possesion is taken around a year back.more than 60% flats are sold in our apartment.
Should i send legal notice before or after
DEED OF APARTMENT.
But not having legal owner ststus this will also delay the legal owner ship of myself till the judgement is decicided by consumer forum.By sending notice after deed of apartment what ever would be the results at least i would be the legal owner of my property.Considering the time involved.Is this right.The builder is also alloting/selling the open space behind the gr floor flat along with it pls suggest
