Legal notice not paid attention

(Querist) 02 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts, recently we sent legal notices to occupants parking their cars unauthorisedly in our society premises. we sent legal notice to vacant parking, we sent notice to become member of society, we asked them to submit purchase agreements etc documents. but every time they send us a legal notice from their advocate. all the time their advocates letter states same thing "all allegations mentioned in your letter is false & not admissible by my client. we will come back to you shortly after studying the relevent facts of matter". after that again they start acting normal as they least bother about legal notice from society. they never reply on same even though same is mentioned in thier letter. The clauses mentioned in our legal notice they straight away deny that it is false. the clauses are from redevelopment agreement which is signed between society & contractor which is registered document. then too they are not bothered at all of legal notice. on top of all, they send us a letter mentioning that our secretary is sending letters without any valid resolution & our secretary is threatening them & they will complain to police. we are surprise that none of the member is afraid of legal notice.

If no heed has been paid towards the legal notice then further action as told in the notice is required to be initiated.
