EXPEDITE SEC 24 MAINTENANCE.
File DV in Punjab, ask residence, maintenance
Prove he is living with another wife/ concubine, and neglect/ refuse to maintain you.
As of very young age, and not working, unless want to remarry, do not divorce.
Get permanent maintenance, residence,

you ought to have made application Under Dv act in Punjab as susggested by Mr Shroff .
you are entitled to maintenace , right to stay in shared household .
if he as remarried during subsistence of first marriage it will land him in deeper problems . his second marriage is illegal .
consult your lawyer and decide your next course of action .

Dear Querist,
Marrying another woman, without obtaining divorce from his first wife is an offence. If you can prove that what you said is correct, you have to gather all the available evidence against him.As suggested above file a case under DV Act,and you have to do so in Punjab, and don't delay.

If it is bigamy, then how come DV comes into picture?
