Legal rights of an arrested person.

10. Whether a person, against whom more than one cases are pending investion in same Police Station, can claim at the time of his arrest in one of such case that he should be simultaneously arrested in all cases pending against him so that the total period of his police custody remand may not exceed 15 days in all ?

If the police officer feels the arrest for all the cases, he can do so. But, the accused can not demand.

The police is not bound to do so. It may arrest the accused in respect of one case even after order of bail in another case.

he has no such right. but he can do by a lawyer by surrendering in court for the crime number

the accused has no such legal right, but if the police make an request for custody in any other offence, the accused can only make an protest before the judicial magistrate

if the accused is arrested in one case then he can also file an application for his surrender in the other cases.
