Dear Sir/Madam,
Actually my grand mother just wrote one aggreement which showing transfer of one acre to her daughter i.e my mother, we dont have any pass books for that land & we lost the original copy of agreement , now we have photo copy of that one ,now we want to get that land from my grand mother .whether that photo copy is enough or not ? if it necessary ,does we have no rights on that property/

If GM is still live let her execute regd rights relinquish deed in your mother's favour

If your grandmother is alive then she can transfer her right through relinquinshment deed. Where as the question of photocopy of that paper lies then it is enough to get the original paper.

You have not posted the true facts related with the query without which it is not possible for anyone to provide you exact relevant reply.
You have not mentioned the reason for making agreement and what is the nature of that agreement viz. whether the same is a sale agreement or settlement or release agreement etc. etc.
Every aspect of agreement has different result.
