License for opening Web development firm in Noida

Hi,
We are planning to open a web development (IT) firm in Noida.
Please let me know if we need a Shop license / any other license. What is the requirement, fees etc.
The number of employees will be 3-4 people.
The legal structure can be proprietorship / partnership /LLP / company. Whether the requirement will be different.

What will be the constitution of the businesss viz will it be a proprietory, partnership or a company incorporated under the Companies Act, the answer to you whole query can be given in relation to the business type

We have not yet decided the legal structure. We will finalise that based on the requirements for starting business.
If you can help me woth details for each of these 3 structure.

For proprietorship you just need to open an account in the chosen name of ur business. If u r liable for VAT/ service tax u need to do the following registration, license depends on the kind of business u might start.
For partnership u should be atleast 2 people/entities to start up with. must get a well drafted deed and register the same.Get ur PAN and Bank account done. also service tax and VAT if necessary.
for LL.P its the same.
For Pvt. Ltd. company compliance and costs are higher, U must be 2 individuals/ entities, prep MoA,AoA go for incorporation after proper authorisation.
