Bank is asking for link document of particular sub urban Hyderabad property for obtaining loan. (Property yet to purchased)

In the sale deed (xerox copy) which was done in 1967 has been transfered to the current owner through 4 owners in 3 different GPA's.

What if on any reason if the particular registration office is not having records of 1967 or unable provide the CC copy.

Will Bank denies the loan? or will the land goes to Government back as some people apprehending?

Kindly answer?

bank has to satisfy itself about genuineess of title before sanctioning loan . bank wont sanction laon if titl e is not clear . so if you dont have linnk documents no loan would be sanctioned
