Loan on property on pagadi house

We Reside in a Pagdi building in Malad, the rent receipts is in my father name & and as confirmed from the lawyers Club they have said that you cannot get loan on pagdi system then how come my Father get a loan of 15 Lacs as bank has not approached the Landlord. my Father is suffering from Bipulor Depression and he wants us to remove from his house including my mother please Advice me what should i do to prevent loan

your father is a bonafide tenant of the property . rent receipts are in his name .
your father must have managed bank to grant loan on basi of rent receipts and agreement .
if your father wants to remove your mother from house she can make application under DV act for right to stay in shared household , right of maintenance

i m applying for injunction through my mother we dont have any proof of harrassment done by my father in written as we are been harrased by my father mentally but we have verbal proof as My Dad Sisters and the owner of the building will tell the court what problem we are facing through my father. will this be enough to get the injunction
