Loan taken after realesed on bail n false paper loan taken

what action can we take against the police my uncle made a forge kulmuktyar patra n sold our joint family land so we registerd a complaint against him he got out on bail n took loan on other part of our land n before that he took loan on a forge samati patra on my grand fathers name in 2003 who died in 1991 due to police support with the criminal they again took loan when the got out on bail i have send the letter to the bank for the documents they do not reply they say that they r not entitled under 2005 rti it is patpedi so how can i get the false documents n what should we do against the police they say chargesheet is filed but we got no written information about it

Please explain what patpedi means in Enlgish is that non-marathis could also understand and advise you.
Whether it is Govt Bank?
For what prupose the loan is taken?
Whether you have got any interest in the land which is mortgaged?
Why do you think that police helped him?
All these details are necessary.

Yes, Co-operative Societies are covered under the RTI, Act. you can file RTI applications with the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies. You will need to find out which ward is applicable to your society.
And filing of Charge sheet can be verified from magistrate's court having jurisdiction in the matter.
