Dear sir,
I have applied for marriage 2years back, due to Rong information from my boy friends mother has given that my son is mad and also stupide reason & stoped our marriage, Bt we both r still in contact , can we apply again for the marriage. Or pls let me know wat we have to do for the same.

Marriage registration can be applied for any any point of time if the earlier application expires.

You could have tried to answer the objection. Anyhow, you can apply afresh as well.

What do you mean by MAD? Is he just mad for you or he is Insane? If he is Insane under medical terms the marriage could not be valid if No thenyYou can apply again.

you say that his mother is putting objection
ou also say that both families are accepting marriage
you said his mother objected that he is mad. you never stated whether she stated this truly or you filed any reply to the objection.

Raising objection by family of any side is can not be stopped other than on personal level.
You can apply and remove the objections raised, if any, by the registration authority.

Sory both family are not accepting our love & he is not mad also, to stop our register marriage she made his son mad tats also.
So kindly give me solution for this & pls help me to apply once again.

If application is still pending you counter the objection. If it is not pending, you can apply afresh. If the same objection is put forth, you can counter it, if he is not really mad.
