WHETHER WE AS CLAIMANT SHOULD CALL ALL WITNESSES FOR THE EVIDENCE LIKE DOCTOR, EYE WITNESS, IO OF CASE ETC. OR WE SHOULD GET RECORD ONLY CLAIMENT WITNESS BEFORE COURT AND DONT DO WITH OTHER WITNESSES

If the claim relates to treatment expenditure
and disability[or treatment and death] you do need to produce chemist and doctor for proving bills and treatment advises and prescription but in case it relates to claim of death only then eye witnesses are sufficient.
