where is your advocate? you ask him about the case details. or have you know case number and court then ask to section of the court.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 02 January 2012
If case u/s 125, start execution proceeding , and you will get mtn for 12 months only.
You must be vigilant, and claim your maintenance every 6 months regularly, before a period of 12 months expired.
allow your Advocate to handle.

So far as your query regarding the status of your case is concerned, the best person to reply this is your lawyer. You contact her and do not sit idle for so long time otherwise you shall get nothing sitting in your own house.

It is very strange to know that you are not in contact with your lawyer since such long time. Why your lawyer should defend such lazy client?

You contact him and obtain entire knowledge and follow his guidelines only.
Shailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 02 January 2012
Actually, you have also no full information about the case. So,you have to contact your lawyer to get actual status.
Deepak Nair (Expert) 02 January 2012
Agree with teh experts. contact your lawyer immediately for the status of the case and taking appropriate actions.
As advised by Mr.Sroff, you can go for execution proceedings against your husband for not obeying the order of the court.
Sushil Sharma (Expert) 02 January 2012
go and ask your Advocate. however this is always not in the hands of advocate. you can file execution or make a application for the attachment of the property of husband.

Adv Aileen Marques (Expert) 02 January 2012
You should first check whether this an interim order for maintenance or the final order. If its an interim Order, you case should be ongoing. In any case you can file execution proceedings. Meet your lawyer for exact guidelines depending on the facts of your case.

Nothing more needs to be added.

Execution Petition is the only way out.

And change your advocate.
