This query is : Resolved
My friends wife has put maintenance case on my friend. She is Advocate and engaged in registration of property documents with Stamps and Registration Dept.
My query is that can my friend would be able to get information under RTI Act from that deptt that how many times documents for registration of properties submitted by her in registration and stamps deptt.
Is there any mechanism to track such information in those deptt.

even if you find such information you wont get any idea of her earnings . the reason being in registartion all work is done by cash . no cheque payments
what you cna do is ask for her income tax returns . copy of her bank statements

She is not filing any IT Return and even though every thing was done by cash but the point is that she had claimed in her application that she is not doing any work and unemployed and it will help me filing perjury case and during cross examination........

I have suggested you the way to rack in the similar query raised by you in another thread.
1.Engage lawyer and ask him to inspect documents for the period from ...... to ...... 2.Get a list after inspection. 3.Submit before the court.
alternatively, information can seek under the RTI act but its third party information. She can deny on asking by SR office.

behind this two reasons:- 1. Time saver 2. since third party information under rti, there is less chance to receive.

you can apply to the bar for getting the deatils of her advocacy, and tell the court that she an advocate and can not claim mentainace.
