Maintenance for the wife- urgent help!!!

Wife filed a petition for RCR u/s 9 of HMA 1955 before the family court. Husband entered appearnace and has filed the WS strongly contsting the case on various grounds. Case fixed for last counselling of the parties. Wife needs money . what is the best remedy under the law which is available to the wife?. please guide Thanks in advance.

She can file an application under HMA, Hindu Adoption and maintenance Act, Cr.PC

Expert : Harbhajan Singh Thukral is right,she can opt any of the two remedies.

Yes can claim maintenance u/s 125 crpc ad u/s 12 of PWDV Act as well.
However do not fail to note that there is magic remedy for any ailment albeit it is marital.

Wife must have filed an application under section 24 HMA and if not then she should immediately file it and in the ongoing petition, she shall be granted the maintenance as per rules.
