Register marriage is the fastest way to get marry.
Sub Reistrar of the concerned taluka is the registrar of marriage.
You both will have to file an application in prescribed form before him, along with an affidavits of both of you regarding age declaratin.
Registrar of marriage will display the notice of marriage on the notice board of his office and invites an objections, if he didnt receive any objections within one month from the date of the notice displayed on the notice board then certificate marriage will be issued.

Register under special marriage act, give 1 month notice prior to your marriage, register your marriage where any of your residential place is belongs to the particular jurisdictional registrar offfice, since address proof required to register your marriage.

One of the party to the marriage have to convert his/her religion, after this they can marry according to ceremonies of this religion. This is the simplest and the fastest way to get married. Otherwise under Special Marriage Act you have to wait for one month.

I think the way which Mr. Sudarshan has advised is the best to avoid any prospective religious issues. If you do not have any religious issues and if you think waiting for one month is not your term, then you can go as Mr. Bhatia has advised.
