The international marriage should be done in India according to civil form under the Special Marriage Act,1954. The identity proof of both parties, the Passport with valid visa of the foreigner, a letter of no objection for such marriage issued from the local embassy in India and unmarried or singlehood certificate issued to the foreigner from her country, age proof by way of birth certificate/passport, if the person is divorcee or widow, the divorce decree/certificate or death certificate of previous spouse. All these documents if issued in Russian language than the English translation with certificate of authentication and correctness will be required. For Indian citizen, the proof of age, address in India, like passport and Aadhaar card will be required. Three witnesses with proper identity proof/Aadhaar card etc. The notice of marriage shall be given by both parties to the Marriage Officer under the Act, (the Marriage Officer, usually is the Deputy Commissioner of the District where the Indian citizen lives, contact the District Office for this). After expiry of one month, both parties in presence of 3 witnesses are got married, the marriage registered and copy of Marriage Certificate issued by the Marriage Officer. After that do other Immigration work like spousal visa etc. for both parties from the point of view of both countries.
