Sir,
I , Rajeswar Rao is from Andhra Pradesh, i have married in 1993 at Bulandshahr, UP and at the time marriage not taken any marriage registration. Now i am working i Oman and my family is in India when i tried for their family visa they are asking for marriage certificate.
How can i get marriage certificae now and where i have to apply. Now my family is in Kerala. We have marrage photos and wedding invitation card.
Also my wife and children have passports and in wifes passport my name appears as spose and my wife name in my passport,.
Kindly advice about the marrage registration or any suitable certificate as per law.

you have to apply in bulan shar UP wherein your marriage took place . you would need your identity proof as well as address proof of both parties . in addition 2 witnesses are necessary in addition certificate from pandit who performed your marriage . .

Agree, you have to apply for marriage certificate at Bulandshahar UP for marriage certificate.

Marriage registration can be done done anywhere in India. Two witness, marriage card with two couple photographs are required.
