Hello, I need experts help. I got married in Oct 2011. As per my father is law's advice I started paying INR12000 for committee for future saving. i stayed till June 12 with wife and we both stayed in Delhi. My wife born a baby boy in Oct12 and we patched up again. I took my wife to my hometown in Oct12 and things were okey however when she recovered, she again start making issues and on Nov12, her parents took her away along with them, a SAMGHATANAMA was signed in police station that she is going to her parents house with her desire and took all GOLD jewellery along with her.
She filed a case for domestic violence & maintenance U/s 124 of CrPC.
My wife agreed for settlement in Augest13 that we will stay stay away from home and will take care of baby and outside court settlement was done in Dec13.
I could not go home due to court settlement during this period however I had to urgently go home in April due to sudden death and my wife with her parents, took away all goods and everything and now my parents are receiving calls from Punjab police to come from Himachal.
* My laws are always blackmailing me because I got a fraud passport with my picture and with my elder brother name. I got the passport issued 7 years ago. I know it was a fraud but I am left with no options than probably.............
My wife and her parents are after my life at the moment and I am not sure if I would be alive till the time some expert replies to this. They looted me badly 1- Approx 90,000.00 for committee, 2nd they have take my all goods i.e Hitachi ac 5 start- furniture, cloths, etc etc. i am not worried about goods or punishment but i am worried because my father retired from Army 3 years ago and ever since he is retired- he has been going through this mess and I feel that if something happens to his. The entire family will die.
It was an arrange marriage but unfortunately didn't work. I am from Himachal and law are from Punjab.
Please help :(

best option is to file for divorce as repeated patch up attempts have failed

If someone's ow wife and inlaws blackmail him then I find no healthy relationship can survive on this.
Yes I too suggest to go for divorce.

It was an arranged marriage, try for mutual consent divorce with the help of nears and dears and relatives of both sides. contested case may take time. Till finalization of divorce bear the female terrorism.

try amicable settlement.
That is possible only if you come out of depression.
if you have committed fraud on passport then how can you expect that adversary will not blackmail.

as far as deposit in the committee is concerned. This money is generally a donation whether done at their instance or not. Not a wise investment.
Any way you did not say how committee looted you.

Sudhir Sir :- My father in law is government employee and live in Government family quarters so he asked me to pay for committee on behalf of him like we have short committees local level. You keep on paying the money and once it gets matured you get full amount (These are bidding based committees) I hope you are aware of them. I paid them for 9 months that means 9*12000=1Lack 8 thousand. He denied to pay me anything after this mess.
Passport related :- Sir I understand it was my mistake and i am willing to go through punishment process. I was a student in Delhi in year 2004. My father ws posted in Border area and was unable to send pocket money. My friends suggested me to join a call center in Delhi so joined a call center and after working for 3 years. Company asked for passport so I applied and it got it approved too. that's all. I did not have option than either getting one or leaving my job. I was doing btech and btech holder ware not eligible for call center jobs at that point.
My Question - What is the punishment for getting a fraud passport (Not used anywhere yet)
2nd - How to get rid of this wonderful lady. I have offered her 20000/- per month as compensation too but she is after my life. When they took the goods on 2nd April and vacant the flat they took away everything. I didn't even have cloths to wear. (I am happy to go to jail but I want to know how to do it) Should i approach nearest policy station and ask them to arrest me for getting a fake passport?

* Sir - I am a freelancer now a days and earning good and she is aware that i am a good earner so not ready for divorce.
* I know my wonderful lady, won't let me live until i die but there would a way out to fix it. Even monica bedi was jailed for 2 years but she traveled abroad too with fake passport. I can't discuss this issue with anyone. Please help.

If it is proved that the passport was got prepared fradulantly, the punishment may be severe.
So far getting divorce is concerned, it is very easy in view of the facts told by you. I do agree with the experts on all other points.

It is high time that you decide about parting the ways with her permanently and legally, i.e., through a decree of divorce. Better consult a good lawyer n your locality, apprise him of your situations and proceed with divorcing formalities.
