what is the status of girl and man, man aged 40 yr kidnapped a 15 yr young girl and married her and during the currency of kidnapping a child is born.
what is status of man and girl in these situation.

marriage is contrary to provisions of Child Marriage restraint act . he can be punished for said offence

Criminal act as per Child Marriage Act, under IPC for kidnapping, rape etc.
