I took a Matrix SIM Card while i was travelling to Mexico. At the time of subscription the representative who came to my house to collect the documents confirmed to me verbally that I will not be charged for calls to Toll Free Numbers. I asked this specifically because I have to dial into Toll Free (1800) numbers to join my office meetings. He asked me to sign some documents and i did so. My company gave me a Toll Free (1800) number to use in Mexico which is payed by the company and I used the Matrix SIM card to dial into the Toll Free 1800 number to join those meetings. Now I get a bill of 1,40,000/- from Matrix saying they are charging me for Toll Free Number Calls. I contacted Matrix and they say I have signed the contracts and I have to make this payment. I don't have the money to make this payment. If i had known they will charge me, I could have picked up a local SIM Card in Mexico to make these Toll Free Calls without getting charged. Please advise on what should I do? Thank you.

You have committed the error of blind trust.
As it has become a custom your blind trust has been broken.
Your unshakeable witnesses before whom the confirmation was given (verbal) and signature on blank form was obtained can be of some use to you.
Beyond this you should let your lawyer cultivate your complaint.
Meet a lawyer specializing in consumer/such cases, in person.
Is your company declining to pay!

Never believe in verbal commitments from sales team. They believe in building castles in air.
Consult local lawyer and proceed.
