It is not right to say that the District Jude has no right to see the mediation report. On the contrary the report itself is submitted to the Family Court or the district judge.
The point is whether the district judge can consider the report or not , the answer of which is no.
The court only note that mediation fails but can not consider its minute details.

Only final verdict/conclusion reached at by mediation center is having a value and that also to make a mind of trial magistrate/judge otherwise no interim developments are watched by district judge.
